Stratton Oak Estates Promise is simple, if we haven't sold your house in 4 Weeks we will sell it for Free!

If you're reading this it is likely you're currently marketing with another agent, so something important to consider in your 4th week of marketing - Have the viewings been continuing at a high level? Is the feedback from your agent continuing, I hope so!

Statistically, the first 3 - 4 weeks that a property is marketed is the most important period and when the best offers come in.

However, It’s crucial for your property not to become stale whilst finding a buyer and I find following and reviewing the initial marketing plan will help.

A few areas you may want to review over the coming days are:

i) Are you on track with your agreed marketing plan?

ii) Are you still receiving regular viewings feedback and communication to help make any necessary changes?

iii) Have the number of buyers looking at your property declined recently? If so why?

  1. Has the Demand dropped in the area?

  2. Has the competition increased for your property type?

iv) What steps are being taken to refresh you portal marketing?

I do hope that success is just around the corner for you and if you're searching for a property in the area, I’d encourage you to register your details with our buyer service so we can keep you at the forefront of new properties coming to market.
