Virtual Valuations
A virtual valuation gives us the ability to provide an accurate market appraisal of your property in the same way we would if we were to visit your property and provide a face to face physical valuation.
It is a very simple process, you book a day and time convenient to yourself using the button above which gives you access to our live diary. A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you which contains a link to connect to ourselves on that day at that time. We use Zoom which is a video link meeting system and provides high grade two way interfacing.
Using a mobile or tablet device you can then show us around your property just like you would if we were there standing in your property with you. We can discuss all the properties features and details and look at every aspect internally and externally which will then enable us to provide an accurate valuation of the property and what it would likely return should the property go to market.
In addition we will then provide you with a detailed valuation report for your property along with a bespoke appraisal report that gives very useful information about the property like land registry plot outline, planning history, EPC, network coverage and floor plan along with comparable properties in a selected radius, a sample of how the report looks and information contained can be viewed below.
